Abstract: TENCON 2019 is the realization of a great effort by the TPC to bring together researchers, educators, students, practitioners, technocrats and policymakers to discuss, share and promote current works and recent accomplishments across all aspects of its theme ―Technology, Knowledge, and Society‖. The technical program encompasses 56 technical sessions that run in parallel for 3 days, on topics from the 10 Regular Tracks and 17 Special Sessions. The Regular Tracks cover the contemporary issues in the field of electrical, electronics, computer engineering, and information technologies, while the Special Sessions are meant for a more focused exchange of ideas and presentation of ongoing research trends in emerging areas
Description: From the open call, we have received a total of 1402 papers from 25 Countries. One of the special sessions has evolved out to be a separate but the collocated TENGARSS. The regular track chairs and the special session chairs selected 687 papers from the 1290 remaining papers, through rigorous blind review by their own selected reviewers, resulting in acceptance ratio of 53%. From the accepted papers, we have got 485 finally registered, which are all scheduled for oral presentations. TENCON 2019 program also comprises special industry, HAC and WIE tracks, as well as 5 tutorials on state-of-the-art technologies. The TPC is indeed honored and proud to have 6 renowned academicians and innovators as our keynote and plenary speakers
